HOW TO PARTICIPATE
DEADLINES:
Please complete the registration form that you can download on our website and attach to the shipment:
Customer dossier, completed and signed (included in the registration form)
Registration form for each wine presented (one for each wine)
Certificate of analysis of each registered sample
Copy of label and back label or provisional design for each inscription
Proof of payment of the registration or a credit card charge authorization form
Registration forms and attachments sould be sent to IMWA:
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS 4 December, 2020

2 SAMPLES - €275
3 SAMPLES - €390
4 SAMPLES - €500
5 SAMPLES - €575
> 6 SAMPLES - €100/SAMPLE
Spanish companies: add 21% VAT.
Other countries: not subject to VAT if you indicate your VAT number / Rut / Cif in the customer dossier
Samples received after 8 December, 2020 will not be accepted
PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Card: You must authorize the charge in the registration form.

3. WINE SAMPLES
It is necessary to send 6 labeled bottles of each sample
submitted to the contest before 4 December, 2020 to the following address,
accompanied by a proforma invoice with the mention, "samples without commercial value"
